Edwin works as a Romans Project traslator for the transformational messages by the re-knowned Minister Scott Gilchrist. Scott has been pastor of Southwest Bible Church in Beaverton, Oregon, since 1979. His sermons and teaching from the radio ministry "Downtown Bible Class" are the messages heard on the Romans Project mp3 player. Edwin translates into Luganda, the language mainly spoken in the central part of Uganda.
As Edwin travels around Uganda visiting groups of local pastors, he encourages them to take part in the Romans Project which challenges them to give themselves to the study of the book of Romans by committing to read all 16 chapters twenty times and then copying the entire book into a notebook, word for word. This work is particularly forwarded by Proclaim Africa in Uganda.
Edwin says: "I would be really grateful if you would continue to pray for me as I carry out this role especially asking for safe travel and a positive response from pastors."
